A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I was initially drawn to Colorado by the climate and my passion for downhill skiing. I graduated from the University of Denver, and received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. I married a Colorado native, and despite being raised on the Steelers, the Broncos have become my team. I’m not complaining, though, because who wouldn’t want to live in a place that golf and ski season often intersect?
I am a member of the American Society of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD), American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.
My patients appreciate my gentle touch, my attention to detail, and my conservative approach to dental care. As implant dentistry has become the standard of care for missing teeth, I have greatly enjoyed developing my expertise in restoring dental implants and this area of my practice continues to grow. I am grateful to have earned the trust and confidence of my patients over the past thirty years.
Many of my patients know me as a “dentist by day – rocker by night”. As lead singer and musician in several classic rock bands, I frequently have the opportunity to perform. Check out these websites: www.lesstermore.com and www.bluecitywest.com.
I look forward to sharing my passions for excellence in dentistry, classic rock, golf and skiing, and I welcome new members into our community.
